The Officers Seminar, held on October 28-29, 2025, at the Nadmorski Hotel in Gdynia, presented a detailed program focused on improving operational excellence within the InterMaritime Group.
Captains, officers and engineers from the InterMaritime Group, including Interorient Shipmanagement, Intership Navigation Co. Ltd, and Donnelly Tanker Management, participated in the seminar.
The event covered a range of topics, including safety at sea, navigation in challenging river conditions, electronically controlled engines, cybersecurity, crew physical and mental well-being, and nutrition.
On the second day, participants took part in a performance assessment workshop and discussed topics such as engineering audits, the group's plans for 2026,
and ship management from a maritime and land-based perspective.
The seminar, organized by Hartmann Crew Consultants, provided an important platform for knowledge exchange, raising safety standards, and discussing the future of maritime management and crew performance.
70 seafarers and company representatives took part in the seminar.
